I was so anxious & that I took myself off the meds & it made me very ill for a while. I tried again & it started happening more. really helped me though & has given a newfound confidence. Now I can talk to myself and know I am talking to myself because my subconscious mind has been so used to me doing think, you really don't NEED to go on meds, they are not very helpful when you don't need them.
